Krekeler v. St. Louis County Board of Zoning Adjustment

This is an appeal from a judgment affirming an order of the St. Louis County Board of Zoning Adjustment reinstating a building permit issued to Suburbia Gardens Nursery, Inc., and cancelled by the Director of Public Works. The appeal was submitted at the April, 1967, session; an opinion was written but not adopted, and the case reassigned to the writer.
