William Cooper appeals the denial of a motion to proceed in forma pauperis in a civil action.

The appeal is dismissed.

Cooper, an inmate at the Missouri Training Center for Men in Moberly, requested leave to sue as a poor person. In his petition, Cooper sought injunctive relief and monetary damages against prison officials in Randolph County who allegedly prohibited him from transporting legal materials to a court proceeding in Jackson County.
