This is a medical malpractice case under the Louisiana Medical Malpractice Act (the "MMA"). This case is in the pre-suit, medical review panel stage. In this writ application, Mary and Harlon Brock (collectively the "Relators") seek review of the trial court's April 26, 2019 judgment, which granted a Motion to Quash two Notice of Records Depositions that the trial court, in this pre-suit discovery proceeding,1 issued on the Relators' behalf.
