MACKEY K. HANCOCK, Justice.

Appellant, Michelle Rocha, appeals the trial court’s grant of appellee’s, Potter County, plea to the jurisdiction and motion for summary judgment relating to Rocha’s 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims. 1 We affirm.

Factual and Procedural Background

On October 24, 2001, Raymond Bingle, the 19-year-old son of Rocha, was arrested on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.
