ORDER
JOHN L. PETERSON, Bankruptcy Judge.
In this adversary proceeding, the Trustee in this Chapter 11 case filed a complaint under 11 U.S.C. § 544 against the defendant, Farm Credit Services (FCS), successor to Federal Land Bank of Spokane, for turnover of lease payments generated from the real property owned by Debtors Richard and Judith Kurth. After answer, trial of said issue was concluded on January 23, 1990, and memoranda have been filed by the parties.
