Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest in violation of section 193 — 1(b) of the Chicago Municipal Code (Chicago Municipal Code, ch. 193, §193 — 1(b)) and section 31 — 1 of the Criminal Code of 1961 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1973, ch. 38, par. 31 — 1). He was fined $200 for disorderly conduct and sentenced to one year in the House of Corrections for resisting arrest.
