The plaintiff, Frank Miller, sued the National Automobile Sales Company in the Municipal Court and recovered a judgment for $500 for damages for personal injuries sustained through the alleged negligence of the defendant. It appears from the evidence that defendant was in the business of selling automobiles; that its place of business was on Michigan avenue, near Twelfth street; that J. D.
