MEMORANDUM OPINION
DOWD, District Judge.
The plaintiff-appellant, Tabor Enterprises, Inc. f/k/a Arthur Treacher’s Fish & Chips, Inc., has appealed from the decision of the Bankruptcy Court granting summary judgment to the defendants on the complaint to sell real property located in Cook County, Illinois, and to void certain tax deeds issued by the Cook County Circuit Court.
