Affirming.

This is an appeal from the judgment of the Whitley circuit court.

The appellant, Mary Partin, and the appellee,. Alonzo Partin, were married in Whitley county, Ky., on March 16, 1924, and continued to live together, for the most part unhappily, it appears, until August 12, 1934, when their differences became so acute they separated, the wife remaining in possession of the husband’s home and retaining the custody of their children.
