This is a suit by bill in chancery to contest the validity of the last will and testament of Robert Lyman, deceased. The bill was filed by Robert Lyman, Jr., appellant, who was the only child and heir-at-law of the testator. The will was executed September ii, 1908. The testator died July 30, 1911. By his will he bequeathed and devised all of his property to his cousin, Elizabeth C. Pierce, who lived with and kept house for him, except $1000 which he directed to be paid to appellant as soon as practicable after the testator’s death, and appellant was required to execute a receipt in full of…
