This appeal is from an order of the Public Service Commission approving the appropriation, (under the provisions of the Act of May 21, 1921, P. L. 1057), by the intervening appellee, hereinafter called Suburban Company, of a right-of-way through private property for the construction, operation and maintenance of an electric transmission line, and granting the certificate of public convenience required therefor. Appellants are owners of property in Upper Gwynedd Township, Montgomery County, through which the proposed transmission line will pass.
