Michael Earitt White was convicted by a jury of driving while license invalid with a previous conviction for driving while license invalid, 1 and he was sentenced to ninety days in jail with a $1,000.00 fine. On appeal, White complains that there was insufficient evidence for the jury to have convicted him since there is no evidence that a valid suspension period was in effect at the time he was operating his vehicle.
