Appellants were indicted and convicted in the circuit court of Attala county of the crime of unlawfully manufacturing intoxicating liquor. There was a trial, resulting in a verdict of the jury, the purport of which cannot be ascertained from the record in the case. Upon that verdict the court sentenced appellants to the penitentiary for the term of one year. From that judgment, appellants prosecute this appeal.
