Currently before the Court is Plaintiffs Javier Torres and Lia Rivadeneyra’s Motion for Class Certification (Doc. 79) and related Memorandum (Doc. 80). Defendants Terry Goddard and Cameron Holmes filed a Response and Objection to Motion for Class Certification and Request for Hearing (Doc. 92). Plaintiffs later filed a Reply (Doc. 108).
