This is an action for review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services which denied Plaintiff’s application for Social Security disability benefits. Plaintiff filed his complaint on December 13, 1984. Defendant did not file her answer on time, but requested an extension of time in which to file after the date for filing had passed.
