Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Rensselaer County (Griffin, J.), entered March 24, 2006, which, inter alia, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 4, for modification of a prior child support order.
The parties were married in 1997 and have three children (born in 1998, 1999, 2000). In August 2001, they entered into a separation agreement which was incorporated but not merged into their September 2001 judgment of divorce.
