In these original proceedings, we must determine whether documents and files generated for and by a hospital eredentialing committee in its investigation and review of a physician’s initial application for staff privileges are protected from, discovery. The trial court concluded that the documents at issue were discoverable, and the parties objecting to production requested mandamus relief from this Court.
