This case is before us again following our supervisory order (188 Ill. 2d R. 383) directing the appellate court to reconsider its opinion setting aside an award of compensation to Howard Haulk (Twice Over Clean, Inc. v. Industrial Comm’n, 337 Ill. App. 3d 805 (2003)) in the light of our decision in Sisbro, Inc. v. Industrial Comm’n, 207 Ill. 2d 193 (2003). The appellate court vacated its original opinion (348 Ill.
