WATKINS, Judge.

The plaintiffs Virginia Brandt and her parents, Frances and George Brandt, appeal the trial court’s dismissal of their claims against Louis Rayford, defendant, Mid American Indemnity Company, Mr. Rayford’s insurer, and Shelter Mutual Insurance Company, plaintiffs’ uninsured motorist insurer. Plaintiffs’ suit arose out of a one-car accident in which Virginia Brandt was injured when the vehicle she was driving swerved into a ditch. Virginia Brandt claims that she lost control of her vehicle when she attempted to avoid hitting Mr. Rayford's vehicle which was allegedly parked…
