Engle's Estate

Mr. Justice Parker,

This is an appeal by the Department of Public Assistance from the refusal of an orphans’ court to set aside its order confirming absolutely the first and final account of the executors of the estate of Catherine Engle and review the distribution made by the accountants. The intended purpose of the review was to have determined a question of priorities, arising on a distribution of the proceeds of real estate sold by the executors, between a judgment obtained by the Commonwealth in the lifetime of decedent and other debts of hers.
