This appeal involves the granting of a judgment and injunctive relief to appellee, George F. Hall. The said appellee as plaintiff in the trial court and as a grain dealer operating a grain elevator in Belleville, Kansas, established by his own testimony that on or about February 15, 1955, he sold and delivered two loads of bulk shelled corn to C. R. Atkission in Belleville, Kansas, and received therefor from the said buyer a check in the sum of $1,798.75, payable to Hall Mill & Elevator, dated February 1, 1955, signed by J. W.
