It is ordered that this motion by the third-party defendant, Gamma Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Gamma Labs, for an order dismissing the third-party complaint is granted to the extent of dismissing the second and third causes of action for equitable and common-law indemnification; and it is further ordered that the motion is otherwise denied.
