OPINION OF THE COURT

GENT, Judge:

A general court-martial composed of a military judge sitting alone found the appellant guilty, pursuant to his pleas, of wrongfully using of methamphetamine, in violation of Article 112a, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 912a. The court-martial also convicted the appellant, contrary to his pleas, of disobeying a lawful order, wrongfully using psilocyn, and breaking restriction, in violation of Articles 90, 112a, and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 890, 912a, 934. The adjudged and approved sentence was a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 6 months, forfeiture of $600 pay per month…
