I. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Ravenna Rd. Management, Inc. seeks to offer “erotic dance performances” at the Matchhouse, a nightclub Plaintiff owns within the City of Twinsburg, Ohio. Before the Court is Plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction, (Doc. No. 4), to prevent Defendant City of Twinsburg from enforcing the building code restrictions contained in Twinsburg Codified Ordinance Chapter 1354.
