The appellants brought this action in superior court seeking custody of their son’s illegitimate child based on the alleged unfitness of the child’s mother. In the alternative, the appellants requested visitation rights pursuant to OCGA § 19-7-3. (The Grandparents’ Visitation Act, Ga. L. 1976, p. 247, § 1; Ga. L. 1980, p. 936, § 1; Ga.
