In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant General Motors Corp. appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (McCarty, J.), *445dated July 2, 1999, granted that branch of the plaintiffs’ motion which was to compel the production of the documents demanded in Items 9 and 10 of their supplemental notice for discovery and inspection, and denied its cross motion for a protective order concerning those documents.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
