This is a motion in proceedings supplementary to execution to vacate an order for the examination of the debtors herein. The order for their examination grows out of a judgment of this court. The execution upon the judgment was directed' to a marshal of the city of New York and was returned wholly unsatisfied. It directs the debtors to appear in New York county for examination.
