The complaint to which this demurrer is interposed is founded upon a policy of marine insurance, issued to plaintiffs by The British America Assurance Company of Toronto, Can., through Mather & Company, their Philadelphia agents. This is an “ open ” policy, and in broad terms purports to insure plaintiffs against loss on any shipments of lard, greases, tallow, etc., which may be made in accordance with 'the terms of the instrument.
