[¶ 1] The father, Gary H., appeals from the judgments of the Penobscot County Probate Court (Woodcock, J.) granting the petitions of the mother, Melanie H., and her husband, Sean H., to terminate Gary’s parental rights to his three children. Gary contends that the court erred in finding that he is unable or unwilling to take responsibility for the children within a reasonable time and in finding that he had abandoned the children.
