Anselmo v. Tuck

Supreme Court of Arkansas

1Opinion of the Court

DONALD L. Corbin, Justice.

Appellant, Jerry Anselmo, appeals the jury’s verdict in favor of appellee, Charles Tuck, from the Washington County Circuit Court. Because this case involves a question concerning the law of torts, this court has jurisdiction of the appeal pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. l-2(a)(16). In support of his appeal, Anselmo argues that the jury’s verdict is not supported by substantial evidence and that the trial court erred in denying his motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Because we find no merit to either argument, we affirm.
