Haynes v. Sheriff of Washington County

Harry Frank Haynes has appealed to this Court from the decision of the Circuit Court for Washington County denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus, which in effect affirmed an extradition order of the Governor of Maryland permitting the transporting of the appellant to the Commonwealth of Virginia for trial on a charge of fraudulently removing from Virginia mortgaged property in derogation of a lienholder’s interest.
