Plaintiff-appellant Clemon James appeals the district court’s summary judgment in favor of the defendant-appellee, Secretary of Health and Human Services, dismissing James’ suit seeking to set aside the Secretary’s denial of his claim for Social Security disability insurance and supplemental income benefits under 42 U.S.C. §§ 423(a) and 1381a. James applied for the benefits claiming that his medical condition resulted in complete disability.
