Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Ferradino, J.), entered March 21, 2005 in Albany County, which denied plaintiffs’ motion to compel discovery.

Plaintiffs commenced this age discrimination action in 1997 and defendant reportedly produced more than 8,000 pages of documents in response to various disclosure demands during the ensuing years. The parties nevertheless frequently quibbled over disclosure, resulting in repeated intervention by Supreme Court.
