This matter arose originally on October 5, 1982 when Petitioner filed a charge of discrimination with the Florida Commission on Human Relations alleging that he had been terminated from his employment as a unit supervisor at CNA Insurance Companies in a discriminatory fashion based on his race and that further, the Respondent had failed *143to provide him with the same equivalent training…
