This case involves a multitude of claims regarding whether Jacob Holdings, Inc. (Appellant) was properly given notice that a piece of its property (the property) was going to be sold at a tax sale and notice of its right to redeem the property after it was sold at the tax sale to the Jacob S. & Pamela Drake Revocable Trust (the Trust).
