Heiser v. Heiser

This is a divorce proceeding in which the trial court *217granted a divorce to the plaintiff husband; awarded custody of the minor children to the defendant wife; made a division of the property; and fixed the amount of child support and other allowances to the defendant. The defendant has appealed.

The assignments of error relate to the ruling on a special appearance of the defendant; the granting of the divorce; and the alleged inadequacy of the allowances which were made.
