BUTLER, District Judge.

This is a class action for injunctive relief brought by three Negro physicians and certain of their Negro patients, on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated, to prohibit defendants from denying plaintiff-physicians courtesy staff privileges 1 at James Walker Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, North Carolina, solely on account of their race or color, and requiring defendants to admit plaintiff-patients to said hospital for treatment on a nonsegregated and nondiscriminatory basis.
