In this workers’ compensation case, the Commission found that the appellant had failed to prove by a preponderance of the evidence that he had suffered an aggravation or reinjury of his previously com-pensable disability and that his claim for additional benefits was barred by the statute of limitations. From that decision, comes this appeal.
