Pursuant to notice this cause came on for formal hearing before P. Michael Ruff, Hearing Officer on April 17, 1984, in Fort Myers, Florida.

This cause arose on an Administrative Complaint filed by Petitioner against the Respondent which alleged certain factual and legal issues which the Respondent chose to dispute, thus electing to proceed to formal hearing pursuant to Subsection 120.57(1), Florida Statutes.
