| j Appellants Richard and Melanie Orin-tas appeal, from the trial court’s orders striking their third amended complaint and granting summary judgment to appellee Point Lookout Property Owners Association Board of Directors (the Board). We affirm.
Appellants filed their original complaint on April 19, 2012, an amended complaint on November 5, 2012, and a second amended complaint on February 12, -2013, against the Board and Diane Kesling Silberstein. Appellants asserted causes of action for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, slander, libel, slander of title, and boat damages.…
