delivered the" opinion of the court:

The plaintiff in error, Louis Powers, was charged, jointly with Frank Miller, Roy LaPrairie, Harry ICrenmyer and' Ralph Escher, in the criminal court of Cook county, with robbing Louis E. Reinhart. The plaintiff in error was tried, together with Miller and LaPrairie, and he was found guilty and sentenced to the penitentiary. The errors assigned are insufficiency of the evidence to sustain the verdict and improper remarks of the State’s attorney in his closing argument to the jury.
