Appellants were indicted under a three-count indictment. The first two were under sections 1953(a) (interstate transportation of wagering paraphernalia) and 2 (aiding and abetting) of the Criminal Code, 18 U.S.C.A. §§ 1953 (a) and 2. The third count charged them *109with conspiring to commit the crimes set forth in the first two counts in violation of § 371, the general conspiracy section of the Code.
