This case arises out of the conviction by members, contrary to his pleas, of Hospital-man (E-3) Brandon G. Darnall (Appellant) of multiple drug-related charges including possession, importation, distribution, manufacture, possession with intent to distribute, attempt to possess with intent to distribute, conspiracy to import and distribute, making false official statements, and misuse of a communications facility—in violation of Articles 81, 107, 112a, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 907, 912a, 934 (2012).…
