Section 2 of the Act of April 22, 1874, P. L. 109, provides that “the decision of the court shall be in writing, stating separately and distinctly the facts found, the answers to any points submitted in writing by counsel and the conclusions of law.” Failure to conform substantially to these requirements, if assigned for error, is ground for reversal. But we are unable to agree with appellant’s counsel that they were not observed by the learned trial judge in the present case.
