CAYTON, Associate Judge.

Appellant, an employee of the Federal Government, was on her way home from a dance one Saturday night not long after midnight and when within a block or so of her home was accosted by three soldiers standing in front of a tavern. One of them who admitted he was “pretty intoxicated” offered to walk her home. He claimed that she invited him to her apartment and that they there had sexual relations.
