This is an action for the recovery of damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Judgment was for the plaintiff, and the defendant brought this appeal. The parties will be referred to herein as they appeared in the trial court.
The accident occurred as the plaintiff was making a left turn at a street intersection in the city of Lawton.
