MASSEY, Chief Justice.

From a judgment for a plaintiff for death benefits under the Texas Workmen’s Compensation Act, Vernon’s Ann.Civ.St. art. 8306 ■ et seq., because of the death, of her husband, the defendant insurer appeals.

Judgment reversed and rendered.

Lloyd William Forson was an employee of the Jack’ Grace Drilling Company. On October 7, 1952, he was killed while en route to his place of employment approximately seven miles from the city of Henrietta, by the most convenient route, to-wit, a public highway in Clay County, Texas.
