Hall, Judge.

1. The plaintiff (plaintiff in error) brought a tort' action against the' defendant city and two of its police officers (defendants in error), seeking damages for personal injuries. The trial court sustained general demurrers filed by the three defendants, and the plaintiff assigns error on this judgment. We must assume, of course, that the allegations of the petition are true.
