Appellant, 743 Mahoney, LLC, as as-signee of NRG Investment Partners, LLC, challenges an order denying its claim for a deficiency judgment after a foreclosure sale. We reverse. •

A final judgment of foreclosure was entered against appellees in the amount of $2,455,564.57. 743 Mahoney purchased the property at a foreclosure sale for $100, and thereafter filed an amended motion for deficiency judgment against appellees.
