This is an action by a trustee in bankruptcy of Fisk and Robinson, stockbrokers, to recover the difference between the cost and the sale price of certain stocks bought for the defendant. This was not intended as a margin, but as a cash trans*81action. The defendant, in Boston, ordered shares of stock in three different corporations of the brokers, who had offices in Boston and New York, on January 26, 1910.
